Mindfulness is a form of meditation that helps you focus on being in the moment and is a widely recognised strategy to help manage stress and anxiety. It can also help you fall asleep if you’re having trouble switching off (check out the ‘full body scan’ technique).
Learning and practicing a few simple strategies can make all the difference and they can be used at any time with no-one knowing what you’re doing!
